Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a PR agency, with expertise in media relations, especially with tech media and reviewers.
  • GPA > 3.2, a growth mindset in communication, and a graduate from a top university.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proactive and highly motivated individual.

Job Description:

1. Public Relations

  • Develop tactical PR plans for IM Non-Flagship and Tablet products.
  • Execute project plans and monitor media coverage.
  • Develop and review press kits (press releases, PR stories, briefing books, fact sheets, etc.).
  • Manage the Indonesia Newsroom.
  • Develop speeches for Samsung executives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media and tech reviewers.
  • Oversee product sample management for product reviews.
  • Assist in managing sponsorships.
  • Report PR results to relevant teams and provide weekly PR updates.

2. External Agency Management

  • Brief and supervise PR agencies related to product scope and ensure execution aligns with KPI targets.
  • Work closely with HQ & RHQ to align agency-developed plans with company objectives.
