Requirements:
- D3 of Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering (Teknik Elektro)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Incoming, Supplier Handling, Problem Handling and Analysis
- Understand the processes of injection molding, machining, plating, stamping, die casting, coating/painting and rubber injection.
- Able to communicate in spoken and written English
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Able to read drawings
- Strong for understanding in quality control and defects
- Preferably have experience in property
Job Description:
- Handle problems related to abnormal/problem part suppliers
- Make supplier problem reports and supplier analysis reports
- Make monhtly suppliers performance evalution reports
- Coordinate with the warehouse department regarding the arrival of parts after improvement
- Coordinated with suppliers to determine temporary action, analysis and improvement steps to be taken
- Issue trouble information to suppliers
- Verify the sample limit submitted by the supplier.
- Prepare data related to suppliers
- Supervise construction to ensure it is in accordance with the project plan
- Check and test raw materials and work results
- Ensure the quality of raw materials is in accordance with the planned specifications
