Were hiring a Lead Product Manager - Indonesian Stocks based in Jakarta to build and launch a brand-new business line from the ground up. This is an exciting zero-to-one role where you will shape the product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver a world-class stock trading experience tailored for Indonesian investors. What You Will Do As the Lead Product Manager - Indonesian Stocks, you will:

• Define and execute the Indonesian stocks product vision and strategy
• Build and own the roadmap for Pluangs Indonesian stocks offering, aligning it with Pluangs mission to become Indonesias go-to investment platform.
• Leverage insights from Indonesias stock market, customer needs, and regulatory landscape to craft a differentiated product strategy.
• Own and drive the zero-to-one product lifecycle
• Take the lead in building the product from scratch, navigating ambiguity, and solving complex challenges to launch successfully.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless and innovative product.
• Deliver a world-class trading and investing experience
• Develop features that cater to diverse customer segments, including retail investors, market makers, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
• Focus on customer-centric solutions to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Engage deeply with the Indonesian ecosystem
• Work closely with key stakeholders like the exchange, regulators, and other partners to ensure product market fit, compliance, and establish operational capabilities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain Pluangs competitive edge.
• Leverage data to drive decisions and innovation
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to refine the product and inform strategic decisions.
• Run experiments to test hypotheses and iterate quickly based on insights.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial product leader with a deep understanding of Indonesias stock market and startup ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in product management

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching successful products from scratch.
• Prior experience in the Indonesian investments or fintech ecosystem is strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the Indonesian stock market
• Familiarity with exchanges like IDX, key players such as S21 and FGS, and regulatory frameworks from OJK and SROs (KSEI, KPEI, C-BEST).
• Understanding of customer segments, including retail investors, market makers, and HNWIs.
• Exceptional problem-solving and execution skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, push through challenges, and drive projects to completion.
• Proven success in balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Outstanding collaboration and leadership abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners in high-stakes environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
• Resilience and adaptability
• A bias for action and the ability to push boundaries to achieve ambitious goals.
• Openness to learning, iterating, and adapting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Proficiency in leveraging data to prioritize initiatives, solve problems, and optimize user experiences.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data platforms is a plus.

• Entrepreneurial or startup experience is highly preferred, as we value a self-starter mentality and a bias for action in tackling zero-to-one challenges.
