Kandidat yang berhasil akan menjadi bagian dari tim yang dinamis dan berperan penting dalam memastikan efisiensi fungsi HR di perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Rekrutmen & Seleksi: Mengelola proses rekrutmen dari end-to-end, termasuk penyusunan job description, sourcing kandidat, wawancara, hingga onboarding.
  • Pelatihan & Pengembangan: Merancang dan melaksanakan program pelatihan serta pengembangan karyawan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
  • Manajemen Kinerja: Memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kinerja.
  • Hubungan Karyawan: Menangani konflik, memberikan konsultasi terkait HR, dan memastikan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif.
  • Kompensasi & Benefit: Mengelola penggajian, asuransi, dan benefit lainnya dengan akurasi dan kepatuhan pada regulasi.
  • Administrasi HR: Mengelola data karyawan, kontrak kerja, dan dokumen HR lainnya.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal gelar Sarjana (S1) di bidang Manajemen SDM, Psikologi, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman kerja 2-3 tahun sebagai HR Officer atau posisi serupa (memiliki pengalaman menjadi trainer akan menjadi poin tambahan).
  • Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia.
  • Mampu bekerja secara multitasking dan detail-oriented.
  • Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kuat
