Strategy & Planning

• Executing real time leads generation for each of the business units in timely manner according to leads drop schedule and SLA while maintaining data integrity and security.
• Maintain regular communication with business units for highlighting potential opportunities, trigger analysis, and regular monitoring review
• Positioned to be the central division for campaign centralization through various channel (branch, telesales, and digital) for ensuring contact management application for leads base prioritization while maintaining compliance and customer experience
• Centralize customer information and communication through SMS and Email media for centralize operations to optimize data and content accuracy while protecting customer data sensitive
• Involve as subject matter expert for full Real Time Engine project regarding data campaign delivery and distribution
• Accelerate cross sell opportunities to increase average product holding for existing customers and actively involved (project manager) initiative to increase cross sell for Consumer Banking

Business Performance and Management

• Preparation of regular campaign management review including contact and response rate to measure the effectivity and result of the campaign
• Conducting business performance review with stakeholders for leads drop effectivity for improvement opportunities
• Actively involved in the execution plan with business units and sales channel to implement agreed-actionable items by applying contact management practice and guidelines
• Collaborate with various sales channel (Telesales, Branches, and Digital Channel) for delivering leads opportunity to the right channel to increase efficiency and effectivity of generated leads
• Implementation of maker-checker mechanism according to existing data governance and other procedures (SOP) for promoting data accuracy
• Enforcement and implementation for Contact Management and Do-Not Contact list procedure for all campaign leads generation and SMS/Email communication to customer

Regulatory Compliance

• Regular review in accordance to data security guidelines and adequate control management
• Active participation of related projects including process improvement review for existing workflow for better turnaround and improve efficiency and effectivity
• Ensure data security, integrity, and distribution according to existing regulation regarding data management, retention, and information security
