Strategy & Planning
- Increase commercial banking portfolio through acquisition of new client that is bankable and has sizeable ticket size to immediately boost COMBA asset
- Improve COMBA asset quality Ensuring smooth and fast credit approval process within COMBA
Business Performance and Management
- Together with RM to managed the pipelines for the area covered and decide which account to be pushed forward into the credit chain
- Responsible for the detail analysis, projection and overall credit write-up of credit proposal above IDR 50bn, complex account and watchlist client
- Ensure the compliance of the proposal to OJK, BI as well as Banks internal policy
- To align client requirement (marketing) and risk appetite (risk) of the bank through constant communication between RM and Business Credit Manager Present the credit justfication in front of risk head and credit committee for the proposed credit
People Management
- Regularly coach Credit Manager Commercial Center Manager to ensure improvement in skills and quality of work
- Acting as center of excellence to Relationship Manager for the area covered. The Sr BCMCCM should be the place to to for information about the credit structure, credit knowledge, best practices, pricing, credit policies, etc.
- Conduct regular credit training and proposal writing to Relationship Manager for the area covered Acting as deal captain to drive the overall deal process which involve managing deal team that consist of RM, Credit Reviewer, Legal, Compliance, etc
Regulatory Compliance
- Acting as industry or sector specialist for industry assigned. Where Sr.BCM CCM is expected to provide regular write up on the sector assigned and provide review related to credit on that particular account.
- Ensuring 4 eyes principal (screeing) on names through trade, document checks, and face to face meeting to allow the bank to onboard the right client and to have a second opinion on existing clients
