AVP-Product Development - Telco Insurance
Location: ID Level: Employment Status: Department: Group Fintech Description: Background AVP - Product Dev. Telco Insurance is responsible for driving product development and ensuring alignment with strategic partners. They will work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. technology, marketing) to define the product vision, identify growth opportunities, manage the product backlog and roadmap, and deliver products with a strong focus on customer-centricity. They will also be responsible for project delivery, ensuring research ideation, project execution and GTM (go to market) strategy. Reporting Line: VP - Head of Product Dev. Telco Loan & Ecosystem Domain Expertise Minimum experience 7 years professional career experience, experienced in product development and project management; preference for experience in financial services / marketplace and exposed in startup product & project development. Additional experience in doing business strategy would be a plus point. The Job Holder will have main domain Insurance Product, and sub-domain Telco Loan specifically to Loan Management Development. Responsibilities- Manage product development requirements & timeline execution for all insurance products and additional support for loan management system on telco loan products.
- Manage stakeholder (Business Owners, Core Telco, Super App Team, Circle/Sales Team, Data, Marketing, CX, Legal, Regulatory & Compliance)
- Create GTM plan for product delivery collaborating with all stakeholders and ensure tracking of task fulfilment for each stakeholder.
- Own User Research for Insurance product ideation and UI UX roadmap
- Own preparation for development, day to day development execution and escalation collaborating with Solution Architect.
- Oversee product operation incl. production issue for Insurance products (including escalation to insurance partners)
- Create feature assessment and enhancement when needed for Insurance and Loan Graduation.
- Team management: ability to manage large team and heavy project delivery; comfortable working under pressure
- Potential Leadership: fluent in navigating discussion with senior leadership team and ability to translate company strategies to roadmap for teams execution.
- Agile experience: demonstrated ability to define, refine and prioritize a product backlog and revenue optimization
