Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Interest and expertise in defence matters, with a focus in industry and technical aspects of military equipment
  • Educational background in defence is desirable
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Micro and macro analysis skills
  • Solid understanding of research methodologies and techniques.
  • Critical thinking, able to think critically and objectively.
  • High agility and adaptability in a fast-paced working environment, dynamic teams.
  • A strong understanding of research ethics and the responsibility to conduct research with integrity.
  • Attention to detail, high level of attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in research findings and to avoid errors in data interpretation.
  • Knowledge and skills in working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Access to personal laptop/notebook is required
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

Scope of Work:

  • Participate in daily and weekly deliverable on defence issues
  • Participate in reports and provide analysis/insights on Indonesian defence industry, cooperation, and doctrine matters
  • Participate in research projects
  • Provide analysis and key takeaways on current defence issues for our clients
