Job Qualification :

  • Min pengalaman di bidang IT Support selama 2 tahun.
  • Minimal pendidikan D3 IT.
  • Menguasai instalasi dan troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 7 - 11 (menguasai Linux dan MacOS akan menjadi nilai tambah).
  • Menguasai dasar instalasi, konfigurasi dan troubleshoot jaringan komputer (LAN, WAN, Sharing file dan printer).
  • Menguasai dasar instalasi, konfigurasi dan troubleshoot perangkat keras dan lunak komputer/laptop.
  • Menguasai dasar software desain Photoshop/CorelDraw (menjadi nilai tambah).

Job Desc:

  • Menyediakan dukungan teknis harian kepada pengguna, baik secara online, offline, melalui telepon, maupun email.
  • Melakukan pemeliharaan rutin pada sistem dan perangkat keras untuk memastikan kinerja optimal.
  • Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan memperbarui perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Melakukan instalasi, monitoring dan troubleshooting Komputer/Laptop/Jaringan/Internet serta peralatan yang terhubung dengannya (Mouse, Keyboard, Printer, Scanner, dll).
  • Membuat desain gambar untuk event perusahaan.
  • Mencatat, memelihara, menjaga dan memperbarui informasi aset-aset IT perusahaan.
  • Melakukan update informasi di website dan mobile apps.
