Kami menyediakan makanan berkualitas ke supermarket, hotel, restaurant, kafe dan pelaku bisnis makanan lainnya. Kualifikasi :

  • Pria/Wanita usia maksimal 35 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal D3 Psikologi/Manajemen SDM/Hukum/Managemen/Administrasi Bisnis/Administrasi Publik
  • Pengalaman kerja dibidang yang sama min 2 tahun lebih diutamakan
  • Memahami alur BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
  • Memiliki kemampuan problem solving, Analisi, interpersonal, negosiasi dan team work yang baik
  • Terbiasa bekerja dibawah tekanan & Target Oriented
  • Good attitude & Positive vibes

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

  • Melakukan end to end recruitment process (Job posting, Sortir CV, Mengirimkan undangan Tes, Interview HR & User, Salary Offer sampai dengan input data New Hire ke dalam Sistem)
  • Mengelola database karyawan
  • Bertanggung jawab dalam membuat dan mengawasi laporan kehadiran karyawan
  • Membuat surat-surat perjanjian kerja atau surat-surat/administrasi yang berhubungan dengan karyawan
  • Mengelola BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan departemen lain dalam proses penilaian kinerja dan pengembangan karyawan.
  • Melakukan Orientasi awal untuk staff yang baru bergabung dan membuat dan mempersipakan jadwal pelatihan karyawan dan mendokumentasikan hasil pelatihannya.
  • Mengelola penggunaan ATK/sarana dan prasarana lainnya
  • Merawat dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif.
