Head of Commercial - Private Hospital

Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting one of the leading private hospital groups in Indonesiain their search for Head of Commercial that will be placed in Jakarta Timur. This role is critical in driving sales growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and leading marketing initiatives to maximize hospital revenue while enhancing market presence and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth across hospital services.

• Lead sales teams and collaborate with clinical and operational departments to optimize patient acquisition and service uptake.

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurance companies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.

• Oversee marketing campaigns and branding initiatives to enhance hospital visibility and reputation in the market.

• Drive the creation and promotion of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in key specialties, supporting them with integrated marketing, partnerships, and business development strategies.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics related to sales and marketing activities.

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align commercial efforts with overall hospital objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement in patient engagement and experience through targeted commercial programs

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within healthcare or hospital sectors.

• Proven track record in sales, marketing, and partnership management with measurable revenue growth.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and hospital operations is a plus.
