Finance Specialist

PT Dias Naga Alpha is looking for an experienced financial professional to join our Finance division. We are a rapidly growing company working with cybersecurity and need intelligent persons with critical thinking skills to join us. 

We need a Finance Specialist to hold responsibility and understand our services and products to align with the companys strategic business, revenue, and fund goals. Our company needs more support to navigate and organize financial principles applied. 

You will have a critical role that requires skills to drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end finance operations. Also, if you are a person who is passionate for career development, love numbers and planning, youd be perfect for this role. We expect you to have the ability to communicate well in both English and Indonesian, work productively both independently and in a team, and keep secrets as we are primarily a Security Company in our core. 

What Youll Do:

• Processing and tracking day-to-day company financial operations 

• Manage, forecast, planning, and monitor with reporting of budget status

• Maintain company financial records and data

• Maintain the balance sheet and general ledger in accordance with company policy and legal requirements 

• Dealing with costing for company operations and HR related costs

• Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information securely

Requirements:

• Experienced in Finance and/or Accounting

• Familiarity with Venture Capital (VC)

• Understanding of Indonesian financial compliance, regulations, and obligations 

• Critical thinking and analytical skills to be used in daily tasks

• Flexible and organized

• Ability to adapt and contribute to continuous improvement

• Have a desire to learn new knowledge 

• Strong English and Indonesian communication skills both spoken and written

• Honest and will uphold confidentiality
