Job Descriptions:
  • Supervise, inspect, and maintain the estate environment which includes garden maintenance and cleanliness to achieve a clean and beautiful environment in accordance with predetermined quality standards.
  • Supervise and direct the work of environmental maintenance contractors/vendors working according to the schedule and SOP / Terms of Reference (TOR).
  • Checking the checklist for the work of contractors/vendors of Estate/Property Management so that they are in accordance with the work in the TOR.
Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum SMK/ SMU.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Landscape field.
  • Have knowledge and ability in maintenance of urban landscape facilities.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
