HR Recruitment Officer

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop hiring strategies, interview assessments, and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
  • Prepare plans for hiring forecasts and sustainability as part of the companys strategic planning.
  • Act as a company ambassador, attracting the best possible talent to the organization.
  • Handling end to end recruitment process (in-house recruitment)

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruiter (preferably from Outsourcing / Head Hunter Industry)
  • Minimum bachelors degree in Psychology from reputable university
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
  • Candidates within Jabodebek domicile are preferable.
