We’re now looking for a Fraud & Data Analyst to join our Bali office and play a key role in protecting our ecosystem from fraud, optimizing campaign performance, and driving strategic insights through data.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and analyze customer game progression, rewards, and overall activity to detect illicit, fraudulent, or suspicious behaviors on our platform.
- Collaborate with the Data Team to understand and analyze repayment behaviors, delinquency patterns, and loss drivers.
- Partner with the Tech Team to develop and enhance risk and fraud prevention tools and products.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and deep-dive analyses to support business and risk-related decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain self-service dashboards, reports, and analytical infrastructure to enable scalable, real-time monitoring of risk and fraud patterns.
- Work closely with data engineers to define data requirements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and availability of key data assets.
- Automate recurring reports and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Contribute to the development of new risk metrics, segmentation strategies, and performance tracking methodologies.
- Ensure all analytics and reporting comply with internal data governance and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Fraud Analytics, Risk Analytics, or Data Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
- Proven ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across all levels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
- Basic understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and working with large datasets.
- Experience in dashboard development, report automation, and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience in the Gaming, AdTech, or Digital Marketing industry is a strong plus.
