PT Siliwangi Anatha Bumi (YanProLand) yaitu pengembang properti yang berkantor pusat di kota Bandung, dan memiliki proyek yang sudah tersebar di beberapa wilayah Jawa Barat. Kami sedang mencari kandidat terbaik untuk posisi Quality Control dengan Kualifikasi sebagai berikut:

1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, atau jurusan terkait.
2. Memiliki pemahaman tentang proses konstruksi dan standar kualitas bangunan.
3. Pengalaman 1–3 tahun sebagai QC/QA, Site Engineer, atau bidang terkait.
4. Mampu melakukan inspeksi pekerjaan struktur, arsitektur, finishing, dan MEP.
5. Menguasai pembacaan gambar kerja, RAB, dan spesifikasi teknis.
6. Terampil menggunakan alat ukur seperti meteran, waterpass, dan alat uji lainnya.
7. Mampu membuat laporan QC, checklist inspeksi, dan dokumentasi pekerjaan.
8. Teliti, detail-oriented, tegas, serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
9. Mampu berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor, subkontraktor, dan tim proyek.
10. Siap bekerja di bawah tekanan dan mampu memenuhi deadline proyek.
