Monroe Consulting Group is representing a prominent machinery Perusahaan and is currently seeking a Sales Engineer for their operations in Kalimantan. This role is ideal for a motivated and early-career professional with an interest in heavy machinery sales and technical support.

Job Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to support sales activities by providing technical assistance and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The Posisi requires a basic understanding of customer needs, effective communication with dealers, and assisting in managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support: Assist in executing sales plans and supporting the achievement of sales targets, particularly focusing on excavators.
2. Technical Support: Provide product knowledge and basic technical guidance to customers to help match equipment with their needs.
3. Customer Engagement: Support the development and maintenance of relationships with customers and dealers.
4. Marketing Plan Implementation: Assist in promoting and executing marketing plans and product campaigns.
5. Market Intelligence: Support market research and gather insights about the Kalimantan equipment market.
6. Leasing Perusahaan Coordination: Assist in maintaining relationships with local leasing companies and support financing discussions.

Requirements:

1. 3- 4 years of experience in sales, engineering, or the heavy machinery industry (fresh graduates with relevant exposure are welcome).
2. Basic understanding of heavy machinery or strong willingness to learn.
3. Good English communication skills.
4. Strong work ethic with a responsible, flexible, and problem-solving attitude.
5. Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
