• Develop and execute customer visit plans; expand channels and key accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and drive regional market share growth.
• Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues; maintain client relationships and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and propose product improvements and marketing initiatives.
• Collect and analyze sales data; prepare periodic business reports.
• Support sales strategy and annual planning; join exhibitions/industry events to enhance brand visibility.

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience (required).
• Experience in water pump sales is highly preferred; alternatively, experience in selling household/civil electromechanical equipment (e.g., booster pumps, water heater/purifier, small motors/MEP) is an advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets; result‑driven and resilient.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to travel frequently and accept outstation assignments (e.g., East Java).
• Familiarity with local channel ecosystems (distributors/retailers/installers) is a plus; basic English or Bahasa Indonesia for business communication preferred.
• Professional training and clear career path; top performers may advance to Regional Sales Director/National Sales Head.
