Overview

We are seeking a licensed Futures Broker Representative / Trader to support the Perusahaan’s trading operations in the Indonesian futures and commodities market. This role will be responsible for executing trades, managing client relationships, monitoring market activities, and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong trading execution capabilities, solid market knowledge, and hands on experience working within regulated brokerage or futures trading environments in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for trade execution within the Indonesian local futures and commodities market, including order processing, matching, Posisi management, and real time risk monitoring
• Develop and maintain relationships with local institutional and retail clients, providing professional market insights and trading recommendations
• Monitor market movements and handle abnormal trading activities promptly, escalating suspicious transactions to the Compliance team when necessary
• Maintain direct market connectivity with the Futures Exchange (Bursa Berjangka) to execute trading instructions in real time
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly trading reports, as well as regulatory reporting submissions

Requirements

• Must hold a valid WPB/ WPA license issued by Bappebti (mandatory requirement, unlicensed candidates will not be considered)
• Holding a TLUP (Professional Proficiency Certificate) or equivalent futures related professional qualification is preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FX trading or brokerage business
• Minimum 1 year of experience in crypto trading

Skills & Competencies

• Strong trade execution capability and market judgment, with the ability to make fast decisions under pressure
• Strong risk awareness and compliance mindset, with strict adherence to AML and client suitability principles
• Proficient in MetaTrader 5 or proprietary trading platforms
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage effectively with local clients and regulators
• Strong English communication skills
