BARISTA / R&D / CASHIER

Arthur Culinary Group is a diverse company with various business lines : Arthur Dessert House, Arthur Bake House (B2B) and Art in Hampers.

• Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages according to recipes, including coffee, tea and other beverages.
• Develop new and unique recipes, often focusing on seasonal themes or customer preferences.
• Check the quality of ingredients, track inventory/supplies and maintain proper storage.
• Manage customer transactions, including greeting, taking order, upselling until process payments by EDC, QR, e-wallet and cash.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work station, equipment and floor.
• Daily and monthly sales report to the management.

• Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good manner and work ethic
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Baking and Pastry or other culinary field.
• Min 1-2 years experience as Barista (Coffee and non-coffee)
• Be able to adjust to different recipes, techniques, and workload demands.
• Proficient in tools and software like POS, Excel, etc
• Able to work in a team and individually
