Headquartered in Beijing and Singapore, the Perusahaan specializes in delivering AI-driven solutions for financial institutions, helping banks and financial organizations enhance digital marketing, risk management, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance — including AML.

As the Perusahaan strengthens its footprint in Indonesia, they are seeking a highly driven AI Project Manager who can bridge the gap between advanced technology and real-world client impact. This role sits at the intersection of technology, consulting, and client engagement, working closely with leading financial institutions across Indonesia.

• Lead client communication throughout the full engagement lifecycle — from initial discovery and solution design to delivery and implementation.
• Translate complex AI and data concepts (model logic, analytics insights, and data pipelines) into clear and compelling business narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, executive presentations, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) demonstrations for client organizations, including senior management and C-suite stakeholders.
• Prepare project proposals, technical documentation, and solution materials in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, ensuring alignment between business requirements and AI capabilities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal technical teams, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

• Manage the full lifecycle of AI implementation projects — including pre-sales scoping, project planning, model development coordination, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively address challenges to maintain delivery quality.
• Support the establishment and growth of the Perusahaan’s Indonesia operations, contributing to both project delivery and operational development in a rapidly expanding environment.

• Conduct data analysis and processing using tools such as Python, SQL, or R to support model validation, insights generation, and client demonstrations.
• Work closely with data science teams to interpret AI model outputs and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Deliver client training sessions to ensure effective adoption and long-term success of AI solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with strong professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Based in Jakarta, with willingness to travel within Indonesia and internationally when required.

• Strong ability to present complex technical ideas in a clear and structured manner to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and data visualization capabilities.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leading workshops or client meetings.
• Experience or interest in pre-sales consulting, solution design, or technology consulting is highly valued.
• Overseas study experience or international exposure is considered a strong advantage.

• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or R for data processing or analytics.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including model evaluation, feature engineering, and deployment pipelines.
• Exposure to projects in financial services, banking analytics, or marketing analytics is preferred.
