Requirment

  • D4/S1 with health major background
  • Experience in the call center
  • Good communication skill both in Bahasa & English (passive)
  • Willing to work from office in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Capable of operating Microsoft office (word & Excel)

Scope of Working

  • Position title : Medical Call Center Agent
  • Working days : 5 days (Mon - Fri 8 hours)
  • Number of contact : 150 health care proffessional/day each call center
  • Media Communication :
    • Responsible to validate that we reach the right phone number from HCP
  • Confirmation MFF Name
  • Confirmation relate to engagement from all activity with HCP
  • Activities during call
  • Total call/day : 73 HCP success call
  • Call duration : Minimum 3 Minutes, Maximum 4 Minutes
  • Communication : Validation the data - script will be provide
  • Method : Effective Engagement Skill (virtual) - training will be provided
