• Support the end-to-end coordination of campaigns; from briefing and timelines to delivery.

• Assist in building strong client relationships, becoming their go-to for updates and problem-solving.

• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to keep work on track and aligned with the brief.

• Prepare status reports, presentation decks, and documentation to ensure smooth project flow.

• Monitor project performance and contribute ideas for improvement and optimization.

• Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor moves, and cultural moments that could inspire breakthrough work.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience is a plus).

• Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Clear and confident communication, both verbal and written.

• A team player who can juggle multiple projects without losing your cool.

• Passion for advertising, creativity, and building client trust.

• A growth mindset, eager to learn, take feedback, and build your career.
