Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Geniee’s services and transfer it to website owners (Publishers).
• Utilize multiple approaches to acquire new publishers through market research and industry trend analysis.
• Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Analyze clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to develop customized advertising solutions.
• Strategically present and introduce new advertising opportunities to Publisher partners.
• Build strong relationships with Publisher partners and provide excellent customer service.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to address client challenges and provide solutions
• In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape.
• Being responsible for developing strong and effective working relationships with direct supervisor and other departments.

Job requirements:

Must-haves:

• Professional English, Bahasa
• Be eager to learn, be able to work independently or work in a team
• Outgoing, good communication skills

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in online ad-ops and/or campaign management within a digital media agency, ad network or online publisher
• Experience in online marketing and market research
• B2B Sales experience
• Numerate and analytical: Understand online performance metrics and advertising investment decisions
