The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive customer sales growth in line with established goals
• Execute projects and drive business growth with both existing and new customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
• Ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts, visit reports, and other required reports
• Ensure that sales invoices are paid on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from Food Technology / Chemical Engineering
• Min. 5 years experience as Account Manager in Food Industry (B2B is advantage)
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Placement in Bandung, West Java
