Account Receivable Staff

Job Description :

• Accurately and timely recapitulate daily sales data from online aggregator platforms to ensure sales data integration for reporting and business analysis purposes.

• Regularly reconcile finances between cash receipts and bank account transfers to ensure transaction records are accurate and detect discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Accurately and timely recapitulate daily sales data from all offline channels, including dine-in transactions at outlets, catering sales, and bazaar activities for reporting and sales performance evaluation purposes.

• Accurately and timely input all account receivable transactions into the Odoo system.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or related fields 

• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and financial regulations.

• 2 years experience in the field Accounting or Finance and preferably in Food & Beverages with proven work experience as a Financial Specialist, Financial Analyst, or relevant roles..

• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software (Odoo) and excel.

• Good competencies in end to end Accounting flow.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• KAP/Audit background is a plus.
