Junior Purchasing

We are a trading company located in Sidoarjo, East Java, and we currently have a vacant position for a Junior Purchasing. 

Job Location: Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying suppliers, conducting market research, and evaluating potential vendors.

• Request and analyze quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and provide timely suppot.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock availability.

• Assist in resolving any procurement-related issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in economics or business, chemical engineering, pharmacy, or a related field.

• Individuals with more than 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement are encouraged to apply.

• Fluent in English and excellent negotiation abilities.

• Familiarity with procurement or purchasing processes, import procedures, and supplier management is a plus.

• Knowledge of food or chemical industry regulations and quality standards is advantageous.
