Accountant - FMCG

The Accountant will handle daily accounting operations, to ensure accurate financial reporting and manage compliance with accounting standards. This role will identify process improvements and efficiencies, as well as assist with tax accounting, fixed assets, inventories, and other financial related activities.

Responsibilities :

  • Create and maintain accurate book and records (ledgers, reports, reconciliations, etc.)

  • Understand taxes (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, Final PPh)

  • Prepare invoices and reconciliations

  • Maintain a strong Internal Control environment

  • Input financial data and transactions into the ledger

  • Review financial documents for accuracy in reconciling and supporting account balances

  • Generating financial statements & reports

  • Prepare & maintain accurate monthly asset reports, prepaid report, monthly accruals, etc

  • Work with other functional departments to streamline business processes and maintain good internal controls and segregation of duties

  • Assist to monitor tax filings and tax reconciliations.   

Requirements :

  • CURRENTLY RESIDE IN BALI

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Look-Up, etc) and ERP systems (Jurnal helpful)

  • At least 4 years of working experience in a related field 

  • Brevet A & B certification is a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment/ fast-growing company

  • Detail-oriented, good team player, able to work under pressure
