Finance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to join our team at PT SUMMIT TRAVEL GOODS in Jepara, Central Java. As a Finance Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our company. This full-time position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What youll be doing

• Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

• Monitor and control cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and yearly financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat) requirements.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

• Provide insights and recommendations to management for better financial decision-making.

What were looking for

• Preferably with experience in manufacturing industry of bags or similar products.

• Experience working in a Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) is an advantage.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a finance team.

• Proficient in preparing financial reports, managing cash flow, and understanding tax regulations.
