Java Projects Manufacturing is a leading furniture manufacturer serving the global hospitality industry. We work with luxury hotels, resorts, and restaurants around the world, delivering high-quality, custom furniture with attention to detail and timely delivery. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a meticulous and proactive EXIM Staff to join our logistics team and ensure smooth handling of all export-import operations, particularly for furniture shipments and fabric materials provided by clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all export documentation for furniture shipments, including invoices, packing lists, COO, BL, and other necessary customs documents.

• Coordinate the import and export process for fabrics and materials provided by clients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

• Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents to ensure timely cargo movement and compliance with international regulations.

• Monitor the status of shipments and provide updates to internal teams and clients.

• Ensure compliance with government and international trade regulations for both imports and exports.

• Work closely with the production and project teams to align shipping timelines with project deadlines.

• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all shipping and customs documentation.

• Resolve shipping issues, delays, or document discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

• Coordinate with suppliers or clients regarding incoming/outgoing materials and container planning.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import administration, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.

Skills:

• Solid understanding of export-import procedures, documentation, and Incoterms.

• Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Good command of English (written and verbal) for communication with overseas clients and partners.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to be based in Jepara.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
