Tax accounting supervisor

Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Tax Supervisor to oversee all tax-related matters for our garment manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in corporate taxation, with specific experience in the manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for ensuring tax compliance across the supply chain, optimizing tax strategies for cost efficiency, and managing tax risks associated with domestic and international operations. This role is critical in supporting our financial health and competitive advantage.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance. A Masters degree in Taxation is highly preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in corporate taxation, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory; experience in the garment, textile, or consumer goods industry is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in handling tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and customs/duty-related matters.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, Customs) and their application in a manufacturing context.

• Strong expertise in Transfer Pricing regulations and experience in preparing documentation.

• Practical understanding of customs valuation, import duties, and international trade regulations affecting raw material sourcing and finished product export.

• Experience with Coretax software application.

• Possess a thorough understanding of taxation regulations within Bonded Zones (Kawasan Berikat).

• Skilled in operating the SAP system (ERP software).
