Digital Marketing Associate

Type: Full-time | Location: Hybrid/On-site

PT. Gabe International is a furniture manufacturing company located in the heart of Indonesias furniture industry — Jepara, Central Java. We specialize in high-end residential, hospitality, and custom furniture projects for global clients. By joining our team, youll collaborate with cross-functional departments and interact with international clients on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

• Design high-quality visuals using Adobe, Canva, or similar tools

• Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and evaluate ROAS

• Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to align strategy and execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, including design and campaign execution

• Proficient in Adobe, Canva, or other visual design tools

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and ROAS

• Previous experience in marketing analytics is a plus (e.g., email marketing, paid ads performance, A/B testing)

• Proficient in English (written and spoken)

• Self-starter, able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Bachelors degree from a 4-year university
