Accountant

About the role

PT Accesstech Super Jaya is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in our Jakarta office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting key strategic decisions for the business.

What youll be doing

  1. Prepare and maintain full set of accounts in accordance to PSAK 34.

  2. Oversee all accounts payable & accounts receivable functions

  3. Prepare monthly reporting submission to Revenue Department & prepare Withholding Tax Certificate to suppliers.

  4. Check and prepare payments for payroll (including Personal Income Tax and Social Security contributions calculations)

  5. Generate monthly billing code (pph pasal 21, pph pasal 23, pph pasal 4(2), BPJS health & BPJS manpower, etc) for payment.

  6. Prepare monthly operating expenses cashflow forecast to HQ.

  7. Prepare monthly PPN report and submission.

  8. Prepare quarterly LKPM submission.

  9. Update and manage fixed assets register.

  10. Perform month-end close activities, monthly bank reconciliation & reporting, strictly adhering to HQ reporting deadlines.

  11. Prepare monthly financial reporting, for compliance with regulatory authorities and update the audit schedule to HQ

  12. Liaise with auditors, tax agents and regulatory authorities (including all government permits and filings), respond to any queries and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

  13. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

  14. Ensure up-to-date compliance on relevant government requirements affecting operations.

  15. Support administrative related work.

What were looking for

  1. Degree in Accounting or Finance

  2. Can communicate in English

  3. Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar accounting role

  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

  6. Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet applications

  7. At least BREVET A and B qualifications are a requirement.

  8. Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations

  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
