Accounting and Tax Manager (Mandarin)

About the role

As the Accounting and Tax Manager (Mandarin) at PT Sinar Kejayaan Online, you will play a crucial role in managing the companys financial reporting and tax compliance. This full-time position is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta Raya and offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of this dynamic organisation.

What youll be doing

1. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

2. Ensure the companys tax obligations are met by managing tax filing and compliance

3. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making

4. Liaise with internal stakeholders, auditors, and government agencies to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations

5. Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship

6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What were looking for

1. Qualified accountant with 8+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar role

2. Proven expertise in financial reporting, tax management, and compliance

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights

4. Strong leadership and people management skills to effectively lead and develop the accounting team

5. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal

6. Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
