ACCOUNTING AND TAX MANAGER

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in accounting from a reputable university.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the accounting field.
3. Prior experience in a public accounting firm is highly preferred.
4. Strong background in diverse projects such as Valuation, Due Diligence, and Business Advisory is a plus.
5. Preferably holds Tax Brevet A & B & C certifications.
6. Proficient in accounting system applications, with a preference for Accurate accounting software.
7. In-depth understanding of accounting and tax principles, standards, laws, and regulations.
8. Skilled in financial analysis, accounting & tax audits, and internal control.
9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Excellent leadership and managerial skills to oversee teams and projects.
11. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
12. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate team members to ensure the timely preparation of financial statements, tax calculations, reports, and other deliverables for clients.
2. Review and validate the work done by team members to maintain accuracy and high-quality outputs.
3. Execute and manage diverse projects, including Valuation, Due Diligence, and Business Advisory.
4. Prepare well-structured reports and documentation in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
5. Deliver impactful presentations to management and clients, providing clear insights and strategic recommendations.
6. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director, contributing to the firms growth and excellence.
