Accounting Executive

PT Paluta Inti Sawit, a subsidiary of the Mewah Group is one of a leading palm oil mill manufacturer poised to emerge as a major global producer in the palm oil industry.

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Executive to provide support for our manufacturing operations. 

Placement in Muaro Jambi, Jambi.

In this position, we need you to play vital role in:

• Handle daily general accounting activities and provide technical support to business operations.

• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports via E-SPT / E-Filing / DJP site.

• Generate daily E-Faktur for VAT in and VAT out.

• Maintain filing systems for all financial documents and contracts.

• Manage cash flow forecasts, loan drawdowns, and repayments.

• Process timely and accurate supplier payments and employee reimbursements.

• Perform monthly closing activities, prepare financial and cash flow statements, and support statutory audits and government reporting.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial and regulatory requirements.

• Assist the Assistant Accounting Manager with finance and accounting activities and projects.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Neat, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

• Strong analytical skills and a good team player.

• High integrity and ethical standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
