Accounting Staff (Inventory)

About the role

PT Karunia Kuliner Indonesia (Restaurant Remboelan) is seeking an Accounting Staff (Inventory) to join our team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and fixed asset management to support the companys financial reporting and decision-making processes.

What youll be doing

• Perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy

• Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective measures

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual inventory reports

• Maintain detailed records of fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation

• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management and control

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

What were looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or inventory management role, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry

• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including stock control, cycle counting, and reconciliation

• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
