About the rolePT. Origa Mulia FRP is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team in Tangerang Banten. As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for handling various financial accounting and reporting tasks, playing a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and transparency of our organisation.

What youll be doing

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial statements

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

• Conduct cost analyses and provide recommendations to improve financial performance

• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making

• Plan and Coordinate Inventory Counts

• Execute Accurate Physical Counts, Reconcile Physical Counts with System Records.

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Accounting

• 1-3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
