Job Descriptions

1. Membuat laporan keuangan secara tepat waktu setiap bulannya.

2. Mengecek semua transaksi keuangan pada Jurnal Umum.

3. Mengecek inputan dari user, terutama yang berhubungan dengan akuntansi.

4. Turut melakukan pengecekan stok (Stock Opname) secara berkala.

5. Berkoordinasi dengan semua bagian yang berhubungan dengan transaksi akuntansi.

6. Mengecek semua transaksi / mutasi rekening bank.

Job Requirements

1. Pendidikan Minimal S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan.

2. Dapat membuat laporan keuangan minimal Neraca dan Laba Rugi.

3. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Admin Accounting.

4. Menguasai Microsoft Office/Google Workspace dan perangkat lunak akuntansi lainnya.

5. Berinisiatif tinggi, memiliki etos kerja yang baik, dan peduli.

6. Disiplin, Teliti, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

7. Diutamakan yang dapat menggunakan software ERP/Akuntansi ASCEND.
