Accounting & Tax Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Tax Specialist to handle financial reporting and tax compliance for our legal services company. You will play a key role in managing company finances, ensuring tax obligations are met, and improving financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Ensure transactions follow Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK)

• Handle tax planning and compliance (PPh 21, 23, 25, VAT, SPT Tahunan)

• Submit reports via DJP Online, e-Faktur, e-SPT, and e-Bupot

• Coordinate with tax offices, auditors, and regulators

• Support legal agreement reviews from a financial perspective

• Recommend improvements to financial procedures

• Manage tax matters for retainer fees and fixed-term contracts (PKWT) Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Tax

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in legal or consulting firms

• Brevet A & B certifications * Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax systems

• Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, SAP)

• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills

• Able to work independently and with a team

• Experience with service-based billing or retainer tax handling is a plus

• Domicile in Bali is preferred
