About the Role
We're looking for an Admin Finance to support a busy entrepreneur with day-to-day operational and financial administrative tasks that require in-person presence, attention to detail, and high levels of trust. You will play a key role in managing financial processes, approvals, and confidential matters — this is more than just an administrative job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support finance-related admin tasks, such as expense tracking, payment processing, and financial documentation
- Coordinate bank transfer approvals requiring on-site device access
- Manage OTP codes, logins, and verification processes for financial apps and systems
- Record credit card transactions and manage subscription payments under supervision
- Assist with scheduling, email triage, and other routine communications
- Handle document-related errands: scanning, signing, light delivery
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all financial and administrative duties

- Are highly trustworthy and maintain strict confidentiality
- Have intermediate English skills (written & spoken)
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Can manage multiple tasks efficiently without constant supervision

- Have prior experience in finance admin, office support, or executive assistance

Preferred Background:
- Education: D3 or S1 in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Secretary/Admin, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Prior experience as Finance Admin, Executive Assistant, or Office Coordinator is a plus
- (Bonus) Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, Telegram, Notion, or authentication apps
