Deskripsi Pekerjaan (Job Description - Admin) 1. bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung operasional harian kantor dan memastikan kelancaran administrasi. 2. Mengelola dan mendokumentasikan surat masuk/keluar serta arsip administrasi. 3. Membuat dan mengetik dokumen, surat, laporan, dan materi lainnya menggunakan MS Office dan Google Spreadsheet. 4. Mengelola database siswa dan memastikan data tersimpan dengan rapi dan akurat. 5. Membantu proses pendaftaran, follow up calon siswa, dan menjawab pertanyaan melalui WhatsApp maupun media sosial. 6. Membuat konten sederhana menggunakan Canva (poster, pamflet informasi, dll.). 7. Mengatur jadwal kegiatan dan mengkoordinasikan kebutuhan administrasi internal. 8. Membantu tim dalam pelaksanaan program dan kegiatan harian.
Kualifikasi (Job Qualifications):
1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat. 2. Usia maksimal 30 tahun. 3. Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Spreadsheet, dan Canva. 4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, disiplin, jujur dan bertanggung jawab. 5. Memiliki keinginan belajar yang tinggi dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim. 6.
