Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

• Membalas chat pertanyaan dari pelanggan dengan cepat dan akurat di semua Marketplace.

• Memproses pesanan masuk dari Marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, lazada dan platform e-commerce lainnya).

• Mengecek persediaan barang dan memperbaharui stok di setiap marketplace.

• menjawab pesan dari konsumen marketplace memberi penjelasan seputar produk pada konsumen yang bertanya.

• melayani komplain dan feedback yang di terima konsumen

• Mengorganisir feeds produk di marketplace yang digunakan

• Memberi informasi mendetail di setiap produk yang dijual perusahaan di marketplace

• Meng-upload foto dan informasi produk yang baru dirilis ke platform marketplace

• Mengerti cara buat schedule promo tahunan dan design terkait promo di marketplace seperti event Harbolnas , Lebaran , Imlek dll, serta mengatur discount pada promo yang bersangkutan. 

• Broadcast ke semua customer apabila ada promo

• Memberikan solusi dan menindaklanjuti penanganan keluhan dari marketplace kepada tim terkait.

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal D3 di Digital It or Equivalent fields

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai digital marketing/ e-commerce ( paid Ads : instagram ads, tiktok ads, google ads, etc) dan e-commerce atau marketplace(tokopedia, shopee, tiktok shop, etc)

• Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang kerangka kerja e-commerce

• Menguasai digital ads platform (meta ads, tiktok ads, google ads, e-commerce ads, dll)

• Aktif dan memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang social media( tiktok , instagram)

• Umur dibawah 35 tahun

• Teliti
