Admin Operational Coordinator
Qualifications:
Minimum education D3/S1 in Management, Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in operational/logistics administration; prior experience as a coordinator is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Skilled in data processing, including data entry, transaction status updates, and ensuring data accuracy.
Knowledge of documentation processes (STTB, POD, Handling Document, Stock Opname, etc.).
Capable of verifying data, handling problematic documents, and coordinating across departments (operations, accounting, customer service).
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to prepare performance reports, error entry reports, and other reporting.
Able to work under deadlines and familiar with real-time monitoring systems.
Good understanding of operational/logistics applications and systems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with both internal teams and external customers.
Possess leadership qualities, proactive, and able to provide new ideas/concepts to support operational development within the company.
