Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Admin Payment (Supply Chain) is responsible for supporting the end-to-end payment process within the supply chain function. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, maintains proper documentation, and coordinates with internal departments to facilitate smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling administrative tasks related to procurement, warehousing, and finance.

Working Arrangement: WFO

Job Description:

1. Process and record invoices from vendors/suppliers

2. Ensure all required documents are complete for the payment process

3. Enter data into the ERP system or internal software

4. Coordinate with the finance team, warehouse, and other departments regarding the payment process

5. Maintain and archive documents neatly and systematically

6. Prepare monthly payment reports for management

1. Minimum education: Diploma degree, preferably in Accounting, Management, or Logistics

2. At least 1 year of experience in administration, supply chain, or finance

3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

4. Familiar with ERP/SAP systems

5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and honest

6. Good communication skills and comfortable working in cross-departmental teams

7. English proficiency is a plus
