Admin Trading Saham (Stock Trading Admin)
The Stock Trading Admin is responsible for executing stock buy and sell transactions based strictly on the Owner’s instructions and preparing accurate trading reports. This role is executional and administrative in nature and does not involve independent trading decisions.
Responsibilities:
Execute stock buy and sell transactions according to the Owner’s instructions
Record all trading activities accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports
Maintain and update trading data, portfolios, and transaction records
Ensure transaction records are aligned with portfolio movements and statements
Maintain confidentiality of trading data and strategies
Coordinate closely with the Owner regarding trade execution and reporting
Requirements:
Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong interest in the stock market and trading activities
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and reports
Ability to follow instructions precisely and work in a disciplined manner
Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Able to work independently and communicate effectively
Willing to work onsite in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta
