Purpose of Role

Administration control will develop & manage document management systems to ensure security & confidentiality of PDM proprietary documents, report & analyze department project cost & budget, and also track overall department project control activities.

What you will do:

• Track project progress & monitoring all team activities
• Prepare presentation deck of project activity status
• Compile & analyze COGM
• Prepare deck of COGM for management cost approval & inform to related stakeholder
• Control all departments internal & external documents
• Compile & monitor department budget
• Prepare presentation deck of budget monitoring status

You will fit in this job if you:

• Minimum Bachelor degree, majoring Industrial Engineering
• Familiar & experience with ISO 9001 mainly document control section
• Familiar with document management system tools
• Familiar with Project management tools such as microsoft project
• Held finance for non finance training certified is advantages
• Good communication skills
• Intermediate english language both writing & speaking
• Willing to work in Bandung
