Our growth is driven by performance. We are expanding our Paid Acquisition Team and are looking for a world-class Ads Manager who thrives on data, experimentation, and scaling profitable ad campaigns at speed.

What You'll Do

• Own, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels
• Manage campaigns as part of a team with a combined monthly marketing budget of ± IDR 2 billion
• Drive profitable growth across the full funnel (awareness → acquisition → retargeting)
• Optimize performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, and LTV
• Build, manage, and scale Google Shopping & Performance Max campaigns through Google Merchant Center
• Continuously test and iterate on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
• Analyze performance data daily and translate insights into clear, actionable optimizations
• Collaborate closely with Creative, CRO, Affiliate, and Product teams to unlock growth opportunities
• Ensure accurate tracking via pixels, conversion APIs, GA4, and attribution tools
• Manage and forecast advertising budgets with efficiency and accountability
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and performance marketing trends
• Maintain brand integrity, compliance, and quality across all paid channels

What You'll Bring

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads / Growth Marketing
• Proven track record of scaling Google Ads & Meta Ads profitably
• Deep understanding of media buying, attribution models, and conversion tracking
• Strong experience running ads for e-commerce / DTC brands preferred
• Understanding of U.S. social media behavior, consumer mindset, and buying patterns
• Solid exposure to U.S. e-commerce & DTC market dynamics
• Highly analytical, performance-oriented, and experiment-driven mindset
• Able to work fast, think independently, and execute with ownership
• Excellent communication skills; Fluent in written English (spoken English is a plus)

Certifications (Good to Have)

• Google Ads Certification
• Meta Ads (Meta Blueprint) Certification
• Google Merchant Center Certification (or equivalent advanced hands-on experience)
