Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize online ads for healthcare products and services across Southeast Asia (mainly on Google Ads and Facebook Ads).
• Create and execute advertising plans to achieve business goals like lead generation and brand awareness.
• Handle the full ad process: setting up accounts, choosing audiences, uploading creatives, and adjusting bids.
• Improve ad performance by optimizing copies, visuals, and landing pages.
• Analyze data (CTR, conversion rate, ROI, etc.) to identify insights and improve performance.
• Work with the content team to refine creatives based on results and feedback.
• Stay updated with local advertising policies and platform regulations to ensure compliance and prevent violations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in online advertising (experience in the healthcare industry is a plus).
• Skilled in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and data analysis tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and user behavior.
