Aesthetic Clinic Sales Manager
Promote the clinics services and products to existing and new clients.
Drive sales to achieve monthly revenue targets through cross-promotion and upselling.
Develop and implement sales strategies in line with company objectives.
Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and recommend action plans for growth.
Ensure a high standard of customer service across all client touchpoints.
Oversee communication, booking efficiency, and follow-up processes.
Handle and resolve client complaints promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with the client services team to ensure smooth client support.
Work with medical and therapist teams to align sales, service, and patient care processes.
Conduct regular training sessions for reception and therapist teams to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
Ensure staff follow ethical sales practices and comply with company protocols.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, promotional campaigns, and client feedback.
Prepare and submit reports as required by management.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in the aesthetic/medical/beauty, hospitality, or luxury service industry.
Fluent English - Reading, Writing, Speaking
Strong knowledge of sales techniques (cross-selling, upselling, client retention).Excellent customer service and complaint-handling skills.
